40 Reasons to Attend The Fall Woman's Show (Part 2)

We’re back with 10 more reasons you’ll want to attend this fall’s Calgary Woman’s Show. If you missed the first 10, you can find them here. If not, read on!
For a Cause. Bras for a cause that is, raising funds and awareness for Breast Cancer Supportive Care. Our presenting sponsor, Mayfair Diagnostics has supported the cause in the past and this year, they added our show as a drop off location. This means, you can drop off your gently used bras at the show, they’ll be cleaned and donated to women in need.
For Some Unique Gifts. When you want a one of a kind piece, you need to look where you wouldn’t normally look. We bring in unique vendors so all your next ‘found’ pieces can be found under one roof. Find the perfect jewellery to go with that dress you bought or the jacket you’ve been searching for forever. They’re all at the Calgary Woman’s Show waiting to be found in one of our over 300 exhibits.
For the Sweets. We talked a little about the savoury of our food festival area in the last blog, but did we mention the sweet? Satisfy your sweet tooth with some goodies from Adila Chocolaterie, Calgary Mini Donuts, Forever Bee and even some Girl Guide cookies!
For the Deals. Some vendors, like London Drugs will have some incredible and exclusive deals to make your shopping that much more affordable.
For MarketSpot YYC. Alberta is home to some incredible makers, you won’t find more unique and inspired work than that of the artisans in the Market Spot. They’ll definitely be able to help you cross some hard to shop for people off your holiday shopping list!
For the Inspiration. This time, we’re talking hair and make-up inspiration! Our fashion shows will be all out with hair by Jemini and makeup by MaddPretty to give you inspiration to really rock your fall look.
For the Cost. It’s Free. Seriously. The entertainment, the fashion shows, entry is 100% free. The only time you’ll have to break out your wallet is if you want to purchase something!
For the Vets to Go Pet Zone. Not only will there be a cuddle corner of adoptable pups from AARCs, we’ll also be bringing in some pet vendors, so you can spoil your four-legged friends!
For the Memories. Ask any of our frequent flyers, the woman’s show is a great place to make some memories. It’s why we have people come back year after year with their sister, their mother, their best friend, their daughter. Grab your girls, come on over for a weekend you won’t soon forget.
